Meet Coach Kim
Coach Kimberly spent nearly 30 years as a Federal employee in the Intelligence Community. Despite her successful career, her desire to more personally and directly impact lives eventually pushed her to pursue her heart’s work. Kim believes it is the right of every individual to live with joy and authenticity. It is her passion to help her clients fulfill their God-given purpose and to help them overcome obstacles to make it possible .

The consistent thread throughout Kimberly’s Federal career was her connection with people. Regardless of her official capacity, peers and superiors alike would seek her out for her ability to help navigate and overcome challenging individual and interpersonal issues. It was her love for achieving harmony and helping people maximize their potential that led her to the field of coaching.
She has trained at respected author and coach Valerie Burton’s Center for Applied Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute and also in the Gallup Strengthsfinder certification program. Kimberly is also a graduate of Howard University, has completed post-graduate work in Social Psychology and has a Training Specialist certification from Georgetown University.
Kimberly is well-known and respected as an empathetic coach and mentor who partners with her clients to see and accept their strengths and overcome challenges. With a focus on increasing their self-awareness to achieve self-mastery, Kim helps her clients to create fulfilling and purposeful lives that as fully as possible represent who they are at their truest and best selves.
